About this location

Our flagship. The room that does all of it.

A café, a bar and a kitchen on the second floor of Transsion Tower. Coffee and bakery from eight. A fast, affordable lunch for the offices around us. Then the lights come down and the kitchen turns curated. The room stays the same. What comes out of it doesn't.

The reason dinner is worth the trip.

Bi Jingtao came up through Singapore's most demanding rooms. Sous chef at Chinoiserie (金泉) at Marina Bay Sands, then at JUSTIN Flavours of Asia, after time on the team at Odette. In 2019 he cooked at the 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony.

At hyphen. he cooks Mediterranean with the technique those kitchens taught him and the palate he grew up with. That combination is the whole idea: the hyphen between two ways of cooking that turn out to belong together.

A coffee at eight. Something fast at one, eaten in the half hour you actually have. A table worth
sitting at by seven. hyphen. Shenzhen sits between the two, and the counter never moves.
