Food & Tapas

Mediterranean at heart, hyphen at soul. Our kitchen is built around the kind of food that makes you slow down — padrón peppers blistered in olive oil, cast iron prawns that arrive still sizzling, handmade pasta finished with aged parmesan, salt bread rolls pulled fresh from the oven. Chef Bi Jingtao brings the precision of Singapore's finest rooms to every plate. This is Mediterranean cooking done with a Chinese palate, and it tastes exactly like that combination should.

Crafted with the same attention as our coffee. hyphen's bar is a place where the evening earns its pace — bottles selected for character, cocktails built with purpose, and a selection of spirits that rewards the curious. Bakery

Baked fresh daily, every morning without exception. Our boulangerie produces ciabatta, salt bread, croissants, and an ever-changing selection of pastries — each one made in-house with the same care we give to everything else on the menu. There's no shortcut to this kind of bread, and we're not looking for one. Pick something up on your way in, or let it be the reason you stay a little longer.
